2015 EMDR Basic Training

This is an EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) approved Basic Training, which establishes curriculum requirements and approves all Basic EMDR Training programs.
The EMDR Basic Training is held over two weekends. Participants are also required to complete an additional 10 hours of individual or group consultation.

Weekend 1: January 30 - February 1
Weekend 2: April 24 - April 26
Hours for weekend trainings:
Fridays, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sundays, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Fees for complete training:
$975 - Students/interns and full time employees of non-profits and government agencies (must be approved) if received 30 days prior to the training
$1125 - Students/interns and full time employees of non-profits and government agencies (must be approved) if received less than 30 days prior to the training
$1290 - All others if received 30 days prior to the training
$1450 - All others if received less than 30 days prior to the training
Fees cover the full training, including Weekends 1 and 2 and the required 10 hours of provided group consultation.
We are offering the option of paying the course fee out in three equal installments.
Payment 1 is due at registration (unless special arrangements have been made in writing).
Payment 2 is due no later than February 25th
Payment 3 is due no later than March 25th
There will be a $50 administrative fee added to the course fee for this option.
Consultaton Requirements:
Ten hours of individual or group consultation is required to complete the EMDR Basic Training. Utilization of the EMDR material is an essential component of the training and practice is required for continued participation in the course.
The training staff provides consultation in small group settings following Weekend 1 and continuing in the months following Weekend 2. Participants choose from groups held on Saturday mornings and weekday evenings. For those participants outside the Austin area, attendance is provided via teleconferencing. Assitance is also available, if preferred, to attempt to locate local consultation options in your geographic area.
